She holds Certification as a Master Certified Life Coach and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family System Model, Holographic Memory Resolution, Clinical Hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
